StarfishChat.ai provides AI-driven customer support services under a licensing agreement from our partners. You are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Service strictly in accordance with these Terms.

By creating an Account on our Service, you agree to subscribe to newsletters, marketing, or promotional materials and other information we may send. However, you may opt out of receiving any, or all, of these communications from us by following the unsubscribe link or by emailing us at chat@starfishwebventures.com.

The Service, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of Starfish Web Ventures Ltd and its licensors and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. Except as prohibited by law, if there is liability found on the part of company, it will be limited to the amount paid for the products and/or services, and under no circumstances will there be consequential or punitive damages.

We respect the intellectual property rights of others. It is our policy to respond to any claim that Content posted on our Service infringes on the copyright or other intellectual property rights (“Infringement”) of any person or entity. If you are a copyright owner, or authorized on behalf of one, and you believe that the copyrighted work has been copied in a way that constitutes copyright infringement, please submit your claim via email to chat@starfishwebventures.com, with the subject line: “Copyright Infringement” and include in your claim a detailed description of the alleged Infringement. These Terms will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of The Bahamas, and you submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in The Bahamas for the resolution of any disputes.
